JOIN THE TEAM - Admin Assistant/Receptionist Vacancy

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our admin team within our Clinic at Hampden Park providing both admin support and managing our busy reception four evenings per week.

We are looking for someone who is proficient in Microsoft Office with good organisational skills, the ability to prioritise your workload efficiently to make best use of your time and resources while understanding that client needs, and confidentiality is paramount.

You need to be able to provide high-quality, efficient support working with both internal colleagues and external clients. You will be booking appointments, taking payments, typing letters and reports while managing multiple mailboxes.
