I attended HSC a couple of years ago and was very impressed with the detailed feedback and advice given on key health metrics. I returned early this year for the enhanced Health Package which now includes blood work. I also had the Ostenil injection for a troublesome knee in the hope that it could help extend the time I was able to play football and although early days, it has certainly reduced pain and increased comfort levels during 60-90min games on Astro! I guess my biggest recommendation is that the detailed health screening provides pre alerts on conditions that may not become apparent till after a typically delayed visit to your local GP. A totally professional service from Dr Chris Milne and Seamus McCafferty. I will definitely attend again spring/summer 2026.
