Stuart Phin
Physiotherapist

Stuart graduated as a Physiotherapist from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2023. His most recent role was working as Head of Women’s and Girls’ Physiotherapy at Rangers WFC.
Prior to graduating as a physiotherapist, Stuart worked for a number of years as a Sports Therapist holding roles in professional football with Inverness Caledonian Thistle, Raith Rovers, Dunfermline Athletic and Alloa Athletic. Alongside this he worked in a private Clinic in Fife which saw him working with patients across a wide range of ages, backgrounds and activity levels. He believes that many of the principles used within elite sport can be adapted to help anyone recover from injury and return to the activities that are important to them.
In addition to his Physiotherapy and Sports Therapy qualifications, Stuart holds a Masters in Strength and Conditioning which aids him with his gym based rehabilitation programmes.
Stuart has a particular interest in gym based exercise rehabilitation and return-to-sport testing. His approach focuses on progressive, individualised rehabilitation, helping patients understand their injury, regain confidence and achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Stuart enjoys spending time with family and friends and following a wide range of sports. He also enjoys keeping active himself through running and regular gym training.
