Alan White
Physiotherapist
Alan is a Chartered Physiotherapist with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Robert Gordon University, as well as a BSc in Sport Science from the Technological University of Dublin. He specialises in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and athlete rehabilitation, having worked in professional sport for a number of years.
Before joining the Hampden Sports clinic, Alan was the Head Physiotherapist at Kilmarnock Football Club where he worked with the first team squad to rehabilitate injured players. He also held a similar role with Partick Thistle Football Club and has experience working with Hibernian Football Club. Furthermore, Alan has experience in private practice, having worked at Aristos Physiotherapy, where he developed a broad range of experience treating the general public including people of varying ages and backgrounds.
Alan is passionate about his work and enjoys empowering people to achieve their goals. He believes in working together with his patients to create individualised rehabilitation plans that are in line with their personal needs and goals, whilst also promoting a healthy lifestyle through exercise to ensure a smooth return to and maintenance of their desired level of function.
