Management of Concussion

• Remove from activity
• Do not leave the casualty alone
• Reassure the casualty constantly
• Monitor the level of consciousness: AVPU
• Obtain history from eye witness
• Transfer for medical help

Any casualty who has been unconscious (even for < 1 minute) should see a doctor and be considered for hospital admission.
